Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.

It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.

Are the colors in the photos accurate?

We strive to capture the most accurate colors possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions (studio vs. natural light), a slight variation of 5–10% may occur.

What is the difference between your Linen and Cotton sarees?

Cotton: Known for its soft feel and high breathability, making it perfect for daily wear and hot climates.

Linen: Made from flax fibers, it is stronger than cotton, has a slightly heavier fall, and features a distinct "slub" (textured) look that gets softer with every wash.

How should I wash my Linen/Cotton saree?
  • First Wash: We recommend dry cleaning or a cold-water salt soak to "fix" the colors.
  • Subsequent Washes: Hand wash separately in cold water with a mild, liquid detergent. Do not wring or twist the fabric.
  • Drying: Always dry your sarees in the shade. Direct sunlight can fade the natural dyes of cotton and linen.
